Our Aftersales-Services Warranty

I. Kaizhifeng Automation already set up a perfect SKD/CKD aftersales-service system and warranties its products for a period of 13 months from the date of arrival of goods at the client’s harbor (excluding the damage that occurs due to abuse, misuse or force majeure). Kaizhifeng will exchange the mechanical drives and electrical controls within one year for free. Furthermore Kaizhifeng will ensure the long-term repair of componets and will provide long-term spare parts.

II. We provide the complete detailed instructions of installation and user manuals in order to support our clients in maintenance and daily usage.

III. After installing the products, Kaizhifeng will get in contact to our clients regularly, to collect the feedbacks, in order to raise our after-services quality.

IV. In case of warranty exchange of a component, Kaizhifeng will immediately send out the new spare parts per international express, within one workday, after recival of the defective component, to ensure the arrival at the client within 7 workdays. This provides a fast help for our clients and minimizes operation interrupts.

V. Kaizhifeng warranties to exchange components damaged, not due to abuse, misuse or force majeure, for free within the warranty period. However, in case of the damage that occurs due to abuse, misuse or force majeure, the client has to bear the costs of the new spare parts.

VI. After the warranty period, the cost of spare parts has to be beared by the client, according to the contracts concluded before.
